Location: located just off of I-15 (5 Steep Mountain Drive, Draper) exit 288
Altitude: 5300 ft
Vertical: 900 ft
Description: Utahs most popular site, It is known world-wide as one of the best training sites for both paragliding and hangliding. Safe and consistent.
Flight times: Between 5:30 and 7:30 pm

Vertical: 300 ft
Description: Very consistent morning site. On the map below, You must turn left onto a dirt road, follow the dirt road all the way to the top of the hill. there is a large parking area at the top along with bathroom accommodations.
Flight times: 6:00 - 9:30 am

Squaw Peak, Orem UT

Location: above Orem UT - 1 hour South of Salt Lake City - Exit 275
Altitude: 6700'
Vertical: 1800'
Description: The most used site after the Point of the Mountain. Paved road to launch. Good cross-country potential. Very consistent thermalling conditions. Climbs to 15,500 ft on the better days. On the map below, you must turn right at the T intersection that is represented by the B.
Flight times: Between 4 and 6:00pm

Jordanelle state park. (park city)

Location: 10 minutes north of Heber city, take the mayflower exit off of US-40 then head to Hailstone (main boat ramp).
